Abstract is our frequently rotated coffee that will allow us to bring you really unique, delicious, and rare coffees we come across that typically would not have enough beans to constitute a permanent offering.

Currently, we've got an extremely unique (and rare) anaerobic natural Colombia that boasts a very nicely rounded sweet fruitiness with a smooth mouthfeel. The fruit notes in this coffee are nuanced, and do not have fermented or 'sharp' affects like a lot of anaerobics. Very complex and layered. A must-try for any light roast/pour over fan. OUR BEST COFFEE (currently)!
