The single origin from Mexico is as good as decaf coffee can get. Decaffeinated using a Mountain Water Process to remove 97% of the caffeine from coffee beans, this process tends to leave a mellow mouth feel with a pleasant sweet flavor to the coffee...without the harmful side-effects of the chemical-laden decaffeinating process used by many other processors. So flavorful and full-bodied that it is routinely selected as a favorite when we've snuck it into cuppings.
